YOUNG AMBASSADORS
Year Long Program

The best opportunity for Youths to become today's Leaders

Leadership. Negotiation. Excellence.

Our methodology is anchored in three core pillars: Leadership, Negotiation, and Excellence. Leadership empowers individuals to inspire and guide teams, creating a vision that motivates others to achieve shared goals. Negotiation sharpens the ability to resolve conflicts, build partnerships, and create win-win solutions in complex, dynamic environments. Excellence, meanwhile, drives a relentless pursuit of high standards in every action and decision. Together, these elements foster a mindset that is both strategic and adaptive, encouraging proactive problem-solving and resilience. This approach not only enhances individual skills but also elevates organizational impact, ensuring sustainable growth and success in any venture. By integrating Leadership, Negotiation, and Excellence, our methodology provides a comprehensive framework for achieving outstanding results.

YOUNG AMBASSADORS
Year Long Program

MUN Training advanced.jpg

The Young Ambassadors YLP is an highly demanding and prestigious educational experience; therefore, the selection and training of each participating student play a central role. Each student undergoes a rigorous evaluation process to verify that they meet the minimum requirements for participation in the program. These requirements include a demonstrated interest and motivation in the subjects addressed, as well as the ability to critically engage with the sensitive and complex topics covered in the simulation by developing original approaches and perspectives.

The selection process involves active participation from schools and faculty members, promoting a shared educational vision with the institution, which plays a central role in guiding students’ educational choices. Every student accepted into the program participates in a specialized training course, designed to meet diverse educational objectives.

The course offers foundational knowledge about the history and operational mechanisms of the United Nations, while also providing skills that enable students to engage in the simulated environment autonomously. Special attention is given to the use of digital and computer-based technologies, as they form the primary workspace during the pre-conference phase. Additionally, the program emphasizes university and career orientation, exposing students to a wide range of national and international study opportunities.
